1:1 Health Coaching

(available virtually and in-person)

Includes:

  • 45 minute weekly check-in video call for accountability, adjustments, encouragement, education, and support

  • A non-judgemental, unbiased approach to understanding different perspectives, traditions, customs, backgrounds, beliefs, and cultures around health, exercise, medications, foods, etc.

Includes:

  • 45 minute training sessions to provide support, education, and encouragement focused on the capabilities of your body.

  • A non-judgemental, unbiased approach to understanding the sensitivities, hesitancies, and differences of body types, individual goals, beliefs, and limitations.
